Snow Safari ehf kt. 500321-0590 reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g. due to incorrect information, and also to change prices or to stop offering products without notice. The reservation is required to confirm orders by telephone.

Delivery
Only tickets are sold in a snowmobile tour, so confirmation / delivery of purchased services will be made on the basis of purchase on this page. Confirmation is sent by email with price and date. This ticket must be included in travel as well as the current personal ID,  Passport.

 

Deadline and refund
The buyer can cancel the purchase / travel up to 48 hours before the trip is organized. To cancel the purchase, please send an email to snowsafari@snowsafari.is with a copy of the receipt for purchase. Refund is fully implemented if the above conditions are met. Please contact Snow Safari with questions.

Snow Safari ehf kt. 500321-0590 áskilur sér rétt til að hætta við pantanir, t.d. vegna rangra verðupplýsinga og einnig að breyta verðum eða hætta að bjóða upp á vörutegundir fyrirvaralaust. Áskilinn er réttur til að staðfesta pantanir símleiðis. 

Afhending
Aðeins er verið að selja miða í snjósleðaferðir og því fer staðfesting/afhending á keyptri þjónustu fram við miða kaup hér á síðunni. Staðfesting er send með tölvupósti með verð og dags. Þennan miða þarf að hafa með sér í ferðia sem og gildandi persónu skilríki. Ökuskírteini eða vegabréf.

Skilafrestur og endurgreiðsluréttur
Kaupandi getur hætt við kaup/ferð allt að 48 tímum áður en ferð er farin. Til að hætta við kaupin þarf að senda tölvupóst á snowsafari@snowsafari.is með afrit af kvittun fyrir kaupum í ferð.  Endurgreiðsla er framkvæmd að fullu ef ofangreind skilyrði eru uppfyllt og eftir að varan er móttekin.
